Saturday 30 September and Sunday 1 October is dedicated to the discovery of the Rocche di Caterina, a fascinating tour of the four Sforza castles of Bagnara di Romagna, Dozza, Imola and Riolo Terme, organized by IF Imola Faenza Tourism Company in collaboration with the four Municipalities involved.
DESCRIPTION
Caterina Sforza: a name, a destiny
The visit to the fortress, which dominates the ancient medieval village of Dozza, retraces the main stages in the life of Caterina Sforza, an extraordinary figure who, although linked to the Court of Milan, has forever marked the history of the lands of Romagna. In particular, the visit itinerary will focus on the curiosities and anecdotes handed down from generation to generation over the centuries, which have contributed to creating the myth of the "Lioness of Romagna".
