Sunday 3rd November: The ancient Faenza Fair, dedicated to San Rocco, colors the district of Via Cavour with medieval attractions, markets, exhibitions, guided tours and good food.
The ancient Faenza Fair has its roots in the fourteenth century and takes place at the same time of the year and in the same places where it was born seven centuries ago. The Fiera di San Rocco, which has been running uninterruptedly for centuries, except for suspensions due to wars, political changes, etc., has returned to its former glory occupying a third of the historic center: squares, courses, streets, alleys, parks, circles. Every first Sunday of November, the oldest area of ​​Faenza comes alive welcoming tens of thousands of visitors.
In the Medieval Village, historical re-enactments with trades dedicated to the Medieval Fair, fighting and other situations, visitors fall into a magical and past atmosphere.
