From sunset to nightfall, guests will have a private olive tree at their disposal among the 67 centuries-old trees of Palazzo di Varignana. Each olive tree will welcome 2 to 4 participants with an evocative set of lights, blankets and pillows.
There are two menu proposals, both of four courses, featuring zero-kilometer raw materials from the Palazzo di Varignana farm and Olio Evo, one of the most awarded in Italy.
To make the evening even more magical, a special DJ set by DJ Bax for an enchantment atmosphere under the stars.
PROGRAM
The welcome desk, located in front of the botanical labyrinth of Palazzo di Varignana, welcomes guests upon their arrival between 7 and 8 pm.
The resort staff will talk about the experience and will assign each group the number of olive trees intended for them.
Participants, after having walked the green streets of the botanical labyrinth, will receive a basket with an aperitif and a bottle of wine (white or red) for every 2 people.
With a pleasant walk in the centuries-old olive grove, they will reach their olive tree, where they will find a special set-up with blanket, pillows, water and glasses. In a suggestive open-air atmosphere, surrounded by nature, scents and flavours, the picnic will begin.
After enjoying the aperitif, the staff of Palazzo di Varignana will serve the two main courses and the dessert directly on the lawn, to enjoy a picnic with the comfort and flavours of a gourmet restaurant.
The Chef Francesco Manograsso has created an ad hoc menu, using the best seasonal raw materials from the lands of Palazzo di Varignana, including the award-winning extra virgin olive oil. The ingredients, reinterpreted with flair and creativity, give life to new combinations of flavours.
The evening will continue until 11.00 pm, accompanied by the DJ set by DJ Bax.
In case of bad weather, the event will be canceled within 24 hours and the customer will have the opportunity to book for the next evening or request a refund.

The evenings will be held in full compliance with the Covid 19 regulations in force:
- Entry to people with flu symptoms or temperatures a

- The distance between the olive trees will be 6 meters.
- The sanitizers will be placed in strategic points within the olive grove
