Aperitif at the Grand Hotel


Do you know that the Aperitif has a very ancient history? Yes, it comes from Greek history and from Hippocrates prescribing a drink that stimulated the appetite. It was perfected in the Middle Ages and definitively cleared in Italy (Turin) at the end of the 1800s in a small shop that later became fashionable. The drink, forerunner of the dinner, was definitively called Aperitif and today it is an unmissable appointment.
If this appointment is then at the Grand Hotel it becomes even more fascinating: on the magical terrace of the Fellini Temple, by the pool.

Parmigiano Reggiano flakes
Green olives "Bella di Cerignola"
Crispy vegetable chips with sea salt
Canapè with raw ham, salmon
Smoked with robiola and walnuts, goat cheese and raspberries
Cheese pancake
Stuffed black olives in batter
Crunchy sage leaf
Formal suit, long trousers are mandatory for men
