Day 1
- Arrival in the Reggio Emilia Apennines, check-in and hotel accomodation
- Self-guided e-bike excursion to Pietra di Bismantova
- Return to the hotel; half board service and overnight stay in the Apennines-Reggio Emilia area
Day 2:
- Breakfast at the hotel/farmhouse and self-guided transfer to Reggio Emilia
- Visit to the Dairy of the Red Cow Consortium with final tasting of 3 seasonings of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.
- Free lunch in the surroundings (We invite you to visit the historic center of Reggio Emilia)
- In the afternoon trekking between Via Matildica del Volto Santo and Sentiero Spallanzani accompanied by a licensed GAE and with a snack stop at a Vacche Rosse Consortium's farm
- Return to the hotel; half board service and overnight stay in the Apennines-Reggio Emilia area
Day 3:
- Breakfast at the hotel/farmhouse and transfer to Boretto on your own
- Boat excursion on the Po River
- Aperitif directly on the beach
