Chef for a Day: a journey through the flavours of Romagna

Discover the true soul of Romagna cuisine with an engaging and authentic experience.
Choose one of the 3 themed courses with tasting, and enter the heart of local tradition: you will learn how to prepare typical dishes following old recipes, delving into history, technique and small cooking secrets.

Each lesson will end with the preparation and tasting of the specialities prepared together.
At the end of the course you will receive a participation diploma, an apron with bib and a digital recipe book to take home all the taste of Romagna.
 

When:

    Tuesday: The piadina and crescioni of Romagna
    Wednesday: Fresh pasta
    Thursday: Biscuits and traditional sweets

Time: from 2:30 pm to 6 pm, please arrive ten minutes before the start of the activity
Where: I.A.L Cervia Viale G. Marconi, 6, 48015 Cervia RA
Duration: 3.5 hours
Fee: € 95.00 per person per course
Minimum number: 8 people
Maximum number: 12 people

A section is dedicated to the history of the building that houses the Museum, the former Classe sugar factory, and its recovery: an important monument of industrial archaeology, whose importance in the past remains alive in the memory of the people of Ravenna.
