Cancellation policy:
If you cancel at least 1 day in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel later, you will be charged the entire price of the tour.

All participants are also required to report to the Information Point in Piazza Maggiore at least 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled start of their tour.
