The evocative Parco del Cardello, House Museum where the writer Alfredo Oriani lived, becomes the setting for an afternoon of physical activity under the guidance of a mental coach, which ends with a guided tour of the Park and a gourmet aperitif.
PROGRAM
The large Cardello Park, declared by the Ministry as "of considerable public interest", is the setting for these free body physical activity meetings, joint mobility exercises and activation to rebalance mind and body, under the guidance of a mental coach.
The two meetings, lasting one hour each, are directed one to beginners and one to those who are already exercising. At the end of the meetings, a visit to the suggestive Cardello Park will allow you to rebalance yourself by immersing yourself in nature. Gourmet aperitif all together at the end of the activities.
Meeting in Casola Valsenio, in the Cardello House Museum:
- at 16.00 beginning of the activities of the group "start moving"
- at 5.00 pm start of the activities of the "keep fit" group
At 6.00 pm a guided tour of the Cardello Park will allow you to appreciate this valuable green area and its secrets
At 6.45 pm a gourmet aperitif all together
