Wenn der Ausflug aus Sicherheitsgründen vom Veranstalter abgesagt wird, ist das Ticket in keiner Weise erstattungsfähig, kann aber in Absprache mit dem Veranstalter für einen neuen Termin genutzt werden. Der Ausflug kann innerhalb von 12 Monaten nach Ausstellung des Tickets zurückgefordert werden und der Inhaber kann auch durch einen anderen Namen ersetzt werden.
