In the afternoon from 4 to 9 p.m., arrival of crews and accommodation in a reserved car park at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola.
Registration, accommodation and welcome kit delivery.
SATURDAY 22 MARCH 2025
Guided visits, excursions and tours of the territory - lead in Italian language

SUNDAY 23 MARCH 2025
Guided visits, excursions and tours in the area - lead in Italian language
Parade on the track with motorhomes:
12 noon: Gathering and lining up of crews on the track
12.30 pm: Camper Parade with two laps of the track
Registration fee for the Imola Camper Parade
€ 70 per camper (2-person crew)
€ 15 per person for one additional person aged 10 and over
Free for children up to 10 years of age
Parade track only: € 50 per camper van (crew of 2)
The registration fee includes: camper van parking in a reserved, floodlit and fenced parking area with toilets (no electricity connection), parade on the track, welcome kit, information material, one guided tour/hike
