Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The tower is not accessible to wheelchair users or individuals with mobility issues due to the presence of 200 steps.
Visits are permitted up to the Torresani Room; access to the top of the tower is not allowed due to safety regulations.
Small dogs are allowed only if carried in arms.

Booking your entry time is mandatory and can be easily done online through the link provided on this page (red box: “Prenota l'orario di ingresso alla Torre Ghirlandina”).
Online booking is strongly recommended as it offers immediate confirmation.
No credit card or online payment is required — only the time slot and number of participants are reserved. Payment is made on the day of the visit at the ticket office.
Phone or email reservations can only be made during opening hours of the Ghirlandina Tower and the Tourist Information Office.
Important: Email requests do not count as confirmed reservations until you receive official confirmation of the time and number of reserved spots from the Tourist Office or Ghirlandina Tower staff.
