The province of Rimini produces 78% of all the oil of the Emilia Romagna region, an oil with renowned organoleptic properties. The oil is characterized by an excellent balance between sweet and bitter with a scent of fresh leaf and green almond, medium spicy with a high level of harmony typical of oils of great value.
This oil has obtained the "Colline di Romagna D.O.P.” classification by the European Union.
