The "Conserve"
The cone shaped ice-boxes have been used between the 16th and the end of the 20th century mainly for fish preserving.
There were numerous “conserve” along the Romagna coast. Cesenatico had about 20 of them, three have been reconstructed similar to the original as evidence of the culture and the way of life of the people of this fishing resort.
